How do I play?
• Play by placing an order on a particular item.
• We are also working on a numbering system where you can pick a number or multiple numbers to place an order on raffle item.
• Your email is important to inform you on the updates including your orders, Raffle win, Raffle no luck etc.

How winners are picked? How do you pick raffle winners?
• Winner(s) is/are picked randomly once Raffle is finished. The system automatically picks winners at random. The system provides solid randomization for this purpose. We may have one or multiple winners.

How do we determine the prices?
• For example, it may depend on how many tickets to be sold or raffle period length. We may have two similar products  with 2 different prices.

For Payments?
Wallet and Bank Transfer. You can also pay by direct bank transfer. When you palce your order, you will receive an email with your order number and order details. You must always use the order number as a reference when you make any payments into our bank account.  You can simply pay for the item you have ordered/played or make payments in advance and your wallet will have the credit amount that you can then use to play. A wallet is allocated to each registered user. You can credit your wallet by crediting our account with the amount of money that you want available in your wallet. You can then use your available wallet credit/amount to play within your balance.

Wallet – Do I have to add money to my wallet?
• No you don’t have to, but if you have credit in your wallet you can use it to play within your balance. With positive credit balance, you wouldn’t have to use your bank transfer/card to play every time.

How do I get informed if I have won?
• Email and “Winner’s List” page.
• Your email is important to inform you on the updates including your orders, raffle win, raffle no luck etc.
• Once raffle is finished, you can view winners on the “Winner’s List” page.

How can I receive my winning/s?
• We will arrange with you – pick up or delivery
• You can also request for the monetary value of your winning/s. If this is agreed, the monetary value can be credited into your wallet or transfer to your nominated bank account. Be aware that the monetary value may be cheaper than the market value.
• You may need a valid ID to collect your winnings.

Can users place orders for raffles without signup / register first?-
• No. It is impossible to place orders before they’re logged in because we can not count consistently their previously purchased orders only those in cart can be counted

Can the raffle be cancelled?
• If the raffle is cancelled/failed for any reasons (e.g. not enough participants), your refund is credited into your wallet. The credit is available to be used on your next purchase.
• We may extend raffle’s end date to avoid cancellation.
