For Payments –  Wallet and Bank Transfer – You can pay by direct bank transfer. We do not hold or keep any of your bank or card payment details during checkout. You can also pay using your Wallet. A wallet is allocated to each registered user. You can credit your wallet by crediting our account with the amount of money that you want available in your wallet. You can then use your available wallet credit/amount to play within your balance.

When you place your order, you will receive an email with your order number and order details. You must always use the order number as a reference when you make any payments into our bank account.  You can simply pay for the item you have ordered/played or make payments in advance and your wallet will have the credit amount that you can then use to play.

Raffle Cancellation – We reserve the right to cancel the raffle if necessary. If the raffle is cancelled/failed for any reasons (e.g. not enough participants), your refund is credited into your wallet. The credit is available to be used on your next purchase. We may extend raffle’s end date to avoid cancellation.

What personal data and why we collect it – Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes of keeping you up to date. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
